To design and execute a visual marketing strategy that incorporates motion design and projection mapping techniques. The project needed to consider the Hoover Dam’s architecture, viewer perspective, and environmental elements like shadow and light.

The Hoover Dam was chosen as the backdrop for a high-impact projection mapping event. The strategy required meticulous planning to account for the dam’s structure, viewer vantage points, and ambient environmental conditions.

Tools and Technologies

Projection: 80 projectors with a combined output of 1,000,000 lumens

Software: After Effects and Cinema4D for digital design and animation

Results

The event was recognized by the Guinness World Records as the most significant projection event at that time, demonstrating the capabilities of current technology and creative techniques in visual marketing.
